Originally, we had ourselves in mind when we built JonesPOS. Then we realized, we also had you in mind.
Low Up-front Cost
It can't be any cheaper to get started. You receive a 50% discount on all hardware
right from the start. Optionally, you can purchase the hardware at cost for a reduced
monthly fee. Where else can you get started with a Point of Sale system that doesn't
charge an arm and a leg for the hardware?
Low Ongoing Cost
Every month, you are billed for the system fee. This starts at $159/mo, and goes
up only if you add additional hardware at the discounted 50% price. The monthly
fee covers all upgrades to the software, online data backups, the JonesPOS portal,
and hardware warranty.
Easy Setup
Instead of starting from scratch, we'll put in up to 500 products into your JonesPOS
system to get you started. And because it's a PC-based system, installing it in
your company is easier than a usual POS system. Or, if technology is not your thing,
a JonesPOS installation expert can be brought to your site to perform the setup.
Know Your Sales
Eliminate the doubt about what products you are moving, what products should be
discontinued, and how sales stacks up over any time frame. Reports and charts make
it easy to visualize without having to spend hours to sift through data or receipts.
Detect Inventory Shortfalls
By setting up inventory usage by sales product, you can compare the expected inventory
levels with actuals. This gives you significant insight into possible usage issues
and product loss.
Task Assignment and Reports
In JonesPOS, it's easy to set up recurring tasks that your crew needs to fulfill
on a regular basis. This might be taking inventory, cleaning restrooms, or anything
else that you want your crew to (a) not forget and (b) take responsibility for.
Reports on tasks give you visibility to which tasks are being forgotten, being performed
late, and who the offenders are.
Communicate with Your Crew
Using the JonesPOS Portal, you can send messages directly to the Point of Sale terminal,
forcing your crew to read and optionally respond to the message. Also, if you have
a particular announcement that you want to distribute to your entire crew, it's
as easy as posting a login message. That message will pop up for each user the next
time they log into JonesPOS.
Share Your Sales Data
Most of us know what we do best -- make and serve high quality product (for most
of us, that's food). Secondarily, we do our best to run the business. Unfortunately,
it's time consuming to run the business, so we focus on what we simply do best.
If you have an inventory supplier, you can optionally share your sales data with
them automatically (they get their own login), so that they can analyze it for you
and suggest product enhancements, etc.
