If your hardware is damaged or you need to recover your data, it can be made available in as little as fifteen minutes

 

Free Configuration and Menu Setup

Upon activation of your JonesPOS account, you may fax, e-mail, or snail mail your current menu or sales list and we'll put up to 500 SKUs into the system that's about to be shipped to you. It just makes it that much easier to get started using JonesPOS. We'll also set up your employees' logins and restaurant layout map, if that applies to you.

 

Lifetime Automatic Upgrades

Each time you start using JonesPOS for the day, it automatically upgrades to the newest version of the software. You don't have to worry about doing this yourself...and you don't have to wonder what new features you're missing out on. JonesPOS keeps you up to date with the latest system enhancements as soon as they're available.

 

Easy Training

Use of the JonesPOS system is by touchscreen. Your employees will be up and using the JonesPOS quickly, without a lot of training time. All of your menu buttons have pictures to help associate with products easier. Most JonesPOS customers report that it takes no more than five minutes to get their employees comfortable with the system.

monitors all come together ready to use. No need to chase around parts and accessories,
and setup is quick and convenient.
